Most decor items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 2-4 weeks for white-glove delivery to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Arabella Design ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your shipment's progress.
